The Operations Specialist role is a mix of operations, data analytics, internal strategy and business planning, all of which are vital to the success of Accomplish Health. This opportunity is perfect for an energetic self-starter who wants to join a fast-growingp and become an instrumental part of the team.
What You’ll Do:

Provide day-to-day operations support as part of the Client Support team, including; responding to patient requests for assistance via phone or email, follow through on escalations to healthcare providers and follow up with health system partners.

Support in building documentation for ease of educating internal teams on CS processes/knowledge, as well as onboarding new CS members

Design and implement best-in-class customer support policies and procedures to measure success

Coordinate regularly with other team members to build processes and cross-functional workflows that enable each team to function alongside one another efficiently and effectively, with a patient-first mentality

Coordinate regularly with the Product team to implement innovative solutions to existing problems

Identify process improvement opportunities by developing a firm understanding of client workflows, best practices, and current bottlenecks

Use data to proactively highlight potential operational issues, investigate trends, and recommend workflow solutions

Ensure compliance with departmental or organizational policies, procedures, and defined internal controls

Become the subject matter expert with industry expertise to support team questions/escalations, problem solving, and industry inquiries
Your Experience & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in related field
-
Prior experience in the Healthcare industry preferred

Ability to show empathy and passion for outstanding customer service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
