Our clinical model leverages pharmacotherapy (prescription drugs), nutrition therapy, health coaching, and connected devices (i.e. scales, blood pressure cuffs) in a completely virtual care environment. We’re building patient experiences that make it simple for them to get treatment and build sustainable, measurable healthy habits that lead to long term wellness.

We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage the day to day work involved in the licensing, enrollment and credentialing process for all of our clinical providers.

What you'll do:

• Builds an effective multi-state licensing and credentialing strategy and process that can scale nationally, coordinating between providers, medical boards, payors and government agencies.

• Manage licensing applications, including tracking application status, upcoming renewals, generating reports on application deficiencies

• Complete timely and accurate enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health insurance companies

• Respond to requests for information from government agencies and private insurance companies

• Manages provider documentation and organizes materials to effectively cross license providers in multiple states and enrolls them with appropriate health plans.

• Surface, escalate, and drive resolution on any potential issues or roadblocks that could arise during the enrollment and credentialing process

• Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts and rates

• Monitor license expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal processes to prevent lapses.

• Handle communication with regulatory agencies and respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information (i.e. calling licensing boards)

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all licenses, permits, and related documentation.

Your Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of healthcare payer enrollment experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

• Detail oriented with above average organizational skills

• Able to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines
