Position Title: Customer Service Associate

Department: Order Fulfillment

Reports To: Order Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Associate is a multi-faceted customer-facing role responsible for managing curbside customer check-ins, directing parking lot traffic for safety and efficiency, and accurately receiving and processing customer returns, refunds, and initial inventory documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Traffic and Curbside Management:
• Check in customers in the parking lot and provide directional guidance to the appropriate waiting or parking spot.
• Direct traffic in the parking lot using clear instructions to ensure safety and prevent congestion.
• Returns Processing:
• Receive returns from customers, gather necessary information, and take proper notes on the condition and reason for return so they can be sent back to processing.
• Educate customers on BuyWander’s returns policies and correctly process returns and refunds in the system.
• Restocking and Inventory Processing:
• Inspect returns to verify their condition and process them accordingly.
• Restock the warehouse shelves for “Changed Mind” items, ensuring the new location is scanned and updated.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
• Excellent track record of customer service and professional communication.
• Comfortable using computers and various software programs
• Problem solving skills to handle customer inquiries and return issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule and Wage:

• 10:45am-7:15pm Monday-Friday
• $18/hour

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
