Founding Business Development Representative
Colla Health
*We plan to add this role on a contract-to-hire basis but are open to direct-to-hire for uniquely matched candidates.
About Colla Health
Our vision is to improve the quality of life of people with cancer. Today, we provide behavioral health care to the 17 million cancer patients in the US as an extension of their medical treatment. We have a world-class team of clinicians, technologists, and healthcare operations builders passionate about partnering with cancer centers to deliver supportive care to their patients.
Role Overview
We’re hiring our first team member dedicated to business development at Colla Health. As the Founding Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to oncology practices and cancer centers, managing early sales conversations, and working closely with the CEO to convert leads into signed customers. You’ll also help shape the future of our commercial engine—from refining outreach strategies and CRM processes to collaborating on demos and conferences.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with 2+ years of experience selling to provider groups who is ready to grow into a full Account Executive (AE) position based on performance. Those who can flex from the high volume lead generation of a traditional Business Development Representative, to the client-facing aspects of an AE would match well. To ensure a great match all-around we’ll preferably add this teammate on a Contract-to-Hire basis, though we will consider direct-to-hire for uniquely matched candidates.
