CommSafe AI is a software that measures virtual communications for negative sentiment and automatically flags keywords and phrases that are related to instances of workplace conflict and violence. This includes instances of sexual harassment, bullying, and other forms of discrimination. Once communication is flagged, CommSafe AI sends an alert to the customer's CHRO regarding the incident and recommended next steps and web-based training for affected employees.
