ABOUT THE POSITION

As our Service Desk Analyst 1, you’ll be the face of Jeenie to hundreds, (no joke). Daily, you’ll interact across the full business spectrum from interpreters to clients to other departments. A typical day includes creating relationships with interpreters worldwide, fi nding the right client-interpreter fi t for appointments, ensuring incoming calls are fulfi lled, and answering support tickets all the while creating the best work environment you can. You’ll quickly become an expert on the languages we offer and will help Jeenie disrupt the traditional language services industry!

● Coordinate appointment requests from clients
● Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
● Answer urgent requests from clients regarding appointments
● Answer inbound support tickets from clients and interpreters
● Other Duties as assigned

ABOUT SUCCESS IN THE POSITION
Some of the main initiatives you’ll be part of:
● Maintaining high customer satisfaction rating
● Maintaining prompt response time
● Maintaining high levels of accuracy in processing requests
● Managing varying requests, ensuring timely resolution across different ticket categories

ABOUT YOU

● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Fluent in conversational Spanish - written and verbal preferred
