Supply Chain Manager, Supplement Store Operations @ Midi Health 󰟻💻

The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in leading and optimizing every step of our supplement store operations—from procurement and manufacturing to logistics and fulfillment operations. This role will ensure our products are always available, delivered on time, and meet our uncompromising quality standards. You will work closely with suppliers, co-manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal teams to create a supply chain that is efficient, resilient, and scalable.

Midi Supplement is Midi’s hottest and newest business vertical. We’re looking for someone scrappy, analytical, and eager to take ownership. This role is a chance to build out a brand-new function from the ground up, building process, strategy and execution in equal measure. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how this vertical scales, test and refine new approaches, and grow alongside the business as it expands.

• Procurement & Supplier Mastery: Build and maintain data-driven partnerships with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and logistics providers. Evaluate vendors against performance metrics to ensure quality, compliance, and diversity.
• Negotiation & Risk Management: Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and contracts to deliver value while proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Forecasting & Operational Excellence: Develop demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory management processes to improve efficiency, cost, and accessibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead projects that refine performance, improve KPIs, and create new operational tools for accurate forecasting and planning.
• Inventory & Logistics Leadership: Design and implement processes to optimize inventory levels, 3PL performance, and distribution efficiency to ensure uninterrupted product availability and reduced lead times.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, set benchmarks, and implement enhancements to keep our supply chain agile and competitive.

What you will need to succeed: 🌱

• 5–7 years of supply chain, operations, or similar experience (CPG/dietary supplements a strong plus)
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and experience with at least one modern inventory or forecasting platform
• Strong knowledge of 3PL, freight, and contract manufacturing processes
• Skilled negotiator with an ability to read and interpret commercial contracts
• Excellent project management skills—able to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver on time
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Team-oriented attitude, willing to collaborate across all functions to achieve results

The salary range for this role is ~$120,000–$175,000, depending on experience and location.
