As an Acute Care Provider, you will manage complex patients using an Elite Scope of Practice—performing life-saving interventions, utilizing advanced diagnostics, and preventing unnecessary hospital admissions through Evidence-Based Medicine.

Core Responsibilities

  • High-Acuity Intervention: Respond to acute needs across Brooklyn, performing bedside procedures including Suturing, Splinting, and Advanced Wound Care.

  • Diagnostic Leadership: Order and interpret Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), 12-lead EKG, and POCUS (Ultrasound).

  • Emergency Management: Stabilize patients in the home using Peripheral IV Access, Phlebotomy, and rapid clinical assessment.

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Lead virtual huddles with remote physicians and field partners to execute Complex Care Plans.

  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time records in the EHR system to ensure data integrity and Remote Patient Monitoring accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active Licensure: Current, unrestricted New York State NP or PA license with Board Certification.

  • Clinical Experience: 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine (ER), ICU, or Hospitalist settings (4+ years preferred).

  • Certifications: Active DEA registration and current ACLS/BLS.

  • Mobility: Valid active driver’s license and comfort traveling within the Brooklyn area.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to carry equipment (up to 60 lbs) and navigate walk-up apartments (stairs) frequently.
