Why Join Us:

We’re seeking a Director of GTM Finance to partner with our CFO, CRO, and senior leadership on driving revenue growth and commercial excellence. This role will be the finance owner for our go-to-market engine - covering everything from pipeline generation through to sales and ultimately customer upsell and renewal. You’ll play a critical role in aligning financial strategy with GTM execution, ensuring that Rad AI hits its ambitious growth targets with discipline and precision.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of Finance and GTM (Marketing, Sales, CS), where you’ll help define our growth trajectory, align teams on how to deliver on that growth, and dive in to help them execute and optimize performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with CRO & GTM Leaders to drive financial insight across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

  • GTM forecasting: bookings, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle analysis, and productivity metrics.

  • Annual and quarterly planning for headcount, capacity, quota deployment, and compensation structures across GTM.

  • Build and maintain key SaaS unit economics models (CAC, LTV, sales payback, productivity ratios) to inform investment and growth decisions.

  • Analyze sales and marketing funnel efficiency: pipeline health, win/loss trends, campaign ROI, and lead-to-close conversion.

  • Collaborate with RevOps on sales capacity planning, quota models, coverage, and territory design, etc.

  • Provide strategic insight on pricing, packaging, and partner economics to maximize revenue growth and margin profile.

  • Build GTM financial models that support scenario planning, resource allocation, and board-level reporting.

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to GTM leadership, connecting financial insights to commercial execution.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Sales Finance within a SaaS or high-growth technology company; B2B experience required.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics (pipeline coverage, win rates, CAC, LTV, productivity ratios).

  • Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to distill insights into executive-ready recommendations.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels, especially with Sales and Marketing executives.

  • Experience building and scaling GTM planning and reporting processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Comfortable toggling between strategy and execution; thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous settings.

  • Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment.

  • Passion for healthcare and/or mission-driven technology is a strong plus.
