Why Join us?
This is a nationwide, strategic product sales role focused on Rad AI Continuity, our follow up management product that helps close the loop on significant findings and recommended care. You will act as a general manager for Continuity across regions, opening lighthouse health systems, shaping go to market motions, and creating repeatable playbooks that regional sellers can run. You will partner closely with Product, Growth, Marketing,, and Customer Success to turn wins into lasting adoption and expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own a national new logo plan for Continuity across large health systems and IDNs
Source new pipeline using account based tactics, targeted events, partners, and executive networks
Multi thread across Radiology leadership, CMIO, CIO, CFO, Population Health, Ambulatory Operations, and IT Security
Navigate IT diligence and integrations in partnership with Solutions and Security, including EHR and PACS or RIS workflows, HL7 or FHIR, SSO, and HIPAA reviews
Design and run pilots where appropriate, convert to scaled production, and build reference customers
Present clear business cases that connect closed loop follow up and clinical outcomes to financial results
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption, expansionForecast with accuracy and maintain healthy pipeline coverage
Travel is lighter than typical enterprise roles; remote-first demos with site visits as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
7+ years in direct enterprise sales with 3 plus years in full cycle healthcare SaaS selling into provider organizations
Proven self-sourcing success without BDR or SDR support
Track record across mid six to seven figure deals with variable, multi stakeholder cycles
Executive credibility with clinical and administrative leaders and comfort building ROI and safety cases
Experience with Hubspot
Nice to Have:
Prior AI sales experience at a growing healthcare startup company.
Working knowledge of provider IT stacks and security diligence, including EHR and PACS or RIS, HL7 or FHIR, SSO, and HIPAA
Preferred experience in radiology, care coordination, or patient engagement, plus relationships within large US health systems and IDNs
