About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on DME Partner Account Manager to own and grow relationships with XRHealth’s network of DME supplier partners. This is a post-sale, revenue-driving role focused on taking partners from signed agreement through onboarding, rollout, and long-term growth. You will be responsible for ensuring partners are successfully activated, supported in their day-to-day operations, and continuously increasing order volume over time. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your partners, working closely with internal teams to remove blockers, optimize performance, and drive adoption of XRHealth’s solutions across each account. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving operational challenges, and driving measurable growth within existing accounts.
This is a Hybrid role – based out of Needham, MA (3+ days in office)
What You’ll Do
1. Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Lead the transition from signed agreement to successful partner launch
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and initial setup for new DME partners
- Ensure partners are fully enabled to begin ordering and deploying XRHealth solutions
2. Account Management & Partner Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned DME supplier partners
- Provide ongoing support across operational, clinical, and logistical needs
- Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting partner performance
3. Growth & Performance Management
- Monitor partner activity, order volume, and key performance metrics
- Drive increased utilization and order growth across your partner portfolio
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand adoption within existing accounts
4. Rollout & Expansion
- Support partners in scaling XRHealth across additional locations, teams, or patient populations
- Help partners successfully integrate XRHealth into their workflows
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, operations, clinical, and product teams to support partner success
- Provide feedback from partners to improve processes, product, and overall experience
Who You Are
- 3–7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations within healthcare or DME
- Strong understanding of the DME landscape, workflows, and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage and grow accounts, driving increased utilization or revenue
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of ownership
Preferred
- Experience working directly with DME suppliers or distributors
- Background in digital health, medical devices, or healthcare services
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
