We’re looking for a highly hands-on performance marketer who thrives on execution and wants to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple product lines.

The Role

This is a true execution-focused role.

You’ll spend the majority of your time inside Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, HubSpot, and reporting dashboards - launching campaigns, optimizing performance, testing new ideas, and constantly improving results.

You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality patient and customer acquisition across multiple products, including:

  • Medicare-covered medical devices
  • Digital therapeutic mobile applications
  • Direct-to-consumer healthcare products
  • Future XRHealth product launches

This is not a strategy-only position. We’re looking for someone who loves building campaigns, analyzing performance, and improving results every single day.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with creative, product, enrollment, and data teams.

This is an in-house role where you’ll own the long-term growth of XRHealth’s Products business - not manage campaigns for multiple clients. You’ll have meaningful ownership of advertising budgets and the autonomy to test, optimize, and scale what works.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media Management

  • Own day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across:
  • Google Search
  • Performance Max
  • YouTube
  • Display
  • Demand Gen
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Build campaigns from scratch
  • Manage budgets, bids, audiences, placements, keywords, and creative assets
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance
  • Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and attribution
  • Leverage AI tools to improve campaign creation, audience targeting, bid optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaigns daily
  • Improve:
  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Conversion Rate
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Run structured A/B tests
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Optimize the full acquisition funnel - from first click through patient enrollment - to maximize qualified conversions.
  • Identify scaling opportunities across channels

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own marketing analytics using:
  • GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • HubSpot
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Identify trends and actionable insights
  • Monitor attribution and lead quality
  • Make data-driven recommendations

Creative Collaboration

  • Brief designers and content creators on creative needs
  • Analyze creative performance
  • Recommend new ad concepts based on campaign data
  • Help improve messaging for different audiences

Growth & Innovation

  • Test emerging advertising channels
  • Evaluate new acquisition opportunities
  • Stay current on Google and Meta platform updates
  • Bring new ideas to improve campaign performance

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets ($50K+/month preferred)
  • Proven success improving acquisition metrics through optimization
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Strong copywriting instincts for performance advertising and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Experience with:
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Reporting dashboards
  • Comfortable working independently and owning campaigns from start to finish
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Based in the Greater Boston area or willing to commute to Needham

Strong Preference

  • Experience marketing healthcare, medical devices, health tech, digital health, wellness, or regulated consumer products
  • Experience marketing to Medicare or senior audiences
  • Experience generating direct-to-consumer leads
  • Understanding of HIPAA-aware marketing practices
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile app marketing
  • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement, Medicare, or the VA
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Extensive use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate campaign creation, creative ideation, reporting, workflow automation, and performance optimization.
