As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will embark on a structured program designed to build foundational skills and real-world experience. The role begins with a 2-week intensive bootcamp, followed by a 90-day residency where you will apply your training in a professional environment with one of our partner companies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a comprehensive 2-week bootcamp training program to develop core SDR skills.
  • Engage in a 90-day residency with an employer partner, performing daily SDR activities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
  • Utilize common SDR tools such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and embrace feedback to continuously improve performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles)
  • Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Willingness and ability to learn common SDR tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach or Salesloft), prospecting tools (ZoomInfo), dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Interest in working in a tech sales context within Information Technology and Services
  • Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Authorization to work in the United States
