We are looking for a Growth and Marketing Manager to join our single, integrated commercial team across sales and marketing. In this role, you will contribute to both sales and marketing initiatives, playing a critical part in driving growth and ensuring alignment across functions. Responsibilities
- GTM Leadership: Help lead daily Go-To-Market (GTM) meetings by preparing reports and dashboards, following up with sales team members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities, and keeping the team aligned on key priorities.
- Sales Enablement and Support: Review existing RFPs and create a repository of answers for future use. Assist in building sales collateral, support sales-related presentations, and conduct research to develop Account Plans.
- Campaign Management: Build and manage demand generation campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. These campaigns could include: LinkedIn, email campaigns in Hubspot, paid search, events, sponsorships, content syndications and BDR outbound.
- Content Project Management: Collaborate with writers and designers to oversee the creation of high-quality content, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with our brand.
- Social Media Management: Contribute to the company’s social media presence, including planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across platforms to engage audiences and grow our following.
- Website Management: Manage content updates on the company website to ensure information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand messaging.
- BDR Management: Help oversee a small team of outsourced Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing guidance, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain reports in HubSpot to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 5 years Marketing experience.
- Basic proficiency in HubSpot.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional content across various formats.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Start-up experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in LinkedIn campaign management, email marketing, and social media.
